Individual Programming for Children
All subjects,
Ages 6 through 16
- Sessions are forty-five minutes to one hour in
length
depending on the needs of the child
- Children are seen for a minimum of two sessions
per week
to ensure that progress is made
- Instruction adjusts to the child’s moment to
moment
needs
- Techniques engage students to focus
and work hard
- Instruction is in a format which makes learning fun
Includes brief monthly meetings with parents to assess
their child's
progress and
make recommendations
for
parental reinforcement of concepts.
Monthly communication
with public and private school
faculty to facillitate a consistent program. |

Personal Coach for Parents in
Educational Program Development
- Advise parents how to be an effective advocate
by identifying their
child’s strengths and needs
- Assist parents to develop appropriate
IEP goals in preparation for PPT's
- Interpretation of psychological evaluations
to improve the parent's understanding of their
child's disability
- Interpretation of educational evaluations
to
improve the parent's understanding of their
child's academic profile
